Prior to listing her condo for sale, the homeowner wanted to renovate her entire condo and fix some damages left behind by the previous tenant. A new coat of paint was applied to the walls, ceilings, vanities, and kitchen cabinets as part of the renovations. For the bathrooms, we installed new backsplash, mirrors, and tiles to freshen them up. Additionally, the bedrooms were re-carpeted and new light fixtures were added to the main room.
