case study
Multiunit balcony renovation
Cost: $97,441
Duration: 12 weeks
The objective of this multiplex balcony and shed makeover was to give it a fresh new look! The balcony floors were replaced with treated wood on plywood boards and aluminum columns were installed down to the newly poured concrete footings for a more sturdy structure. The stairs and the railings were all newly painted and the exterior lightings and wirings were replaced giving it a new modern look.
The shed was also restructured but we've preserved and repainted the exterior. The original asphalt and gravel roof was replaced with elastomeric membrane roofing that provides durability and moisture resistance even with minimum maintenance.
